Non-residential construction

In non-residential construction, we literally work from the foundation to the roof, and everything in between. We calculate and draw foundations (in 3D) and provide roof protection on thousands of (government) buildings in the Netherlands. We carry out architectural and structural adjustments and draw up an optimal maintenance plan.

3D and BIM from the TCO perspective

We also calculate and draw in 3D and in BIM where possible in non-residential construction. We always advise from the perspective of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO): the longest possible enjoyment of the property, at the lowest possible cost. We do this at special locations throughout the Netherlands: the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam, the city hall of Beverwijk and the Rijksmuseum.

We work for project developers, the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency and property owners, for example. They appreciate our flexibility, knowledge and people, which means that we often work with our clients for a long period of time. We have the right specialists for every service in the non-residential construction field.
