In cooperation with Max van Aerschot Architecten, we took care of the construction of a parking garage in Haarlem.

CSM wall system

Because we had to build directly next to existing buildings on sand, we used the CSM wall system to make the underground car park. The piles are formed in the ground, and together they form a sheet pile wall, which also has a supporting function. After the installation of the piles, the soil could be dug out and the basement floor could be poured with concrete. As a result, there was no need for a sheet pile wall, and we were able to work with little vibration.
