The Broeckgouw, Keetzijde 

For phase 5 of the exceptionally beautiful project in Edam-Volendam, we have worked out the design drawings architecturally and structurally. In this phase, called "Keetzijde", 58 ground-level private houses and 20 rental houses will be realised.

Architectural & structural engineering 

De Keetzijde has its own identity, because the district is completely derived from the old city centre of Edam. De Keetzijde is located between the nature park and the rest of the Broeckgouw in the western part of the district.

A total of 1000 homes will be built in this new De Broeckgouw neighbourhood by 2020.
